To remain as eco-friendly as possible, all of our juices are supplied in glass bottles and are sterilised and re-used to minimise waste.  There is a £7.50 refundable bottle deposit added at checkout. 

Juices are made fresh on the day of collection and will be at their best for 3 days, so you would start your cleanse the morning after collection.  

3 DAY RAINBOW JUICE CLEANSE

Nourish your body from the inside out as you flood your cells with natural energy and speed up the bodies natural detoxification process.

Raw, vibrant and delicious, these juices are cold pressed to preserve live nutrients and are made to order in small batches.

There are 5 x 250ml juices per day.  Times are provided as a guide only.

9am - Sweet Greens Celery, cucumber, kale, pineapple, lemon, parsley
12pm - Feel The Beet: Beetroot, carrot, apple, lemon
2.30pm - Hello Sunshine: Orange, carrot, turmeric root, ginger, lemon, black pepper
5pm - Power Greens: Spinach, cucumber, pear, parsnip, broccoli, lime, mint
7.30pm - Good to Glow:  Activated almonds, medjool dates, vanilla pods, maca, cinnamon, filtered water

PREPARING FOR YOUR CLEANSE 
  • At least 5 days before you start the cleanse it is best to eliminate alcohol, ultra-processed foods, refined sugar and minimise caffeine, red meat and dairy. 
  • Eat light meals and choose natural, whole foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes (lentils, beans and peas) and healthy fats such as raw nuts, seeds, avocado, etc and drink plenty of filtered water and herbal teas.

DURING YOUR CLEANSE
  • Ideally start the day with warm water, fresh lemon and raw ginger.
  • Drinking your juices slowly will allow your gut to better absorb all of the live nutrients. 
  • Stay hydrated - aim for at least 2 litres of filtered water and drink caffeine free herbal teas.
  • Aim for at least 7- 8 hours sleep to restore energy and cells, balance hormones and prevent sugar cravings.
  • Avoid high intensity workouts and instead choose walking, (ideally in nature to regulate nervous system) yoga, cycling or swimming.  Coconut water is great for replacing electrolytes after exercise.
  • You may be surprised how satiated you feel from all of the live nutrients in the juices, however, if you do feel hungry (make sure you are hydrated) snack on raw fruits and/ or vegetables.
